Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Tender Documentation with strong hands-on experience in tender documentation, bid management and bid submission, preferably for Bridge, Flyover and Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation for EPC, Item Rate, HAM and infrastructure projects.
- Study and analyze NIT, RFP, RFQ, BOQ, specifications, GCC/SCC and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and compile technical, commercial and pre-qualification documents.
- Prepare tender checklists and ensure complete compliance with tender requirements.
- Review tender documents for accuracy, completeness and adherence to conditions.
- Prepare and maintain EOI, RFQ, RFP, PQ and bid submission documents.
- Coordinate technical write-ups, company credentials, project experience, manpower and equipment details.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, addendums and clarifications.
- Handle timely submission through online e-tendering portals and physical submission wherever required.
- Assist in preparing tender queries, clarifications and correspondence with clients/consultants.
- Maintain a database of project credentials, work orders, completion certificates, financial and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with senior management for final review and approval before submission.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Tender Documentation & Bid Submission
- Good knowledge of Bid Management
- Strong understanding of Technical & Commercial Tender Requirements
- Knowledge of NIT, RFP, RFQ, BOQ, GCC/SCC and eligibility criteria
- Experience with online e-Tendering Portals
- Strong documentation, coordination and deadline-management skills
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have proven experience in tender documentation and bid submission for Bridge / Flyover / Infrastructure projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Experience
10–12 years of relevant experience in tendering, tender documentation or bid management with an Infrastructure, EPC or Civil Construction company.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
