Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our Pooja Store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting pooja items and religious products.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed neatly.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Support the team in daily store operations.
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of retail/sales experience.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate, or Any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of computers is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on weekends and festival days.
