Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and industry-specific trade shows.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and institutional buyers like hospitals or large-scale manufacturing plants.
- Product Expertise: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the technical specifications and safety certifications (e.g., ISO, CE) of various glove types like nitrile, latex, or specialized gloves.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends to provide feedback for product improvement and market expansion.
- Sales Execution: Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior sales representatives and newly recruited team members.
- Field Engagement: Represent the company at medical exhibitions, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, trade shows, and industry forums.
- Data Reporting: To plan Daily calls in line with the company guidelines and update the same on a daily basis. Daily update to be done in the company’s Field Force Reporting (FFR) Software. Ensure full input of all data in FFR
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires 3–7+ years of strong field sales experience, preferably specifically in Surgical Gloves, Medical Devices, or Healthcare.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is standard; an MBA in Sales or Marketing is often preferred for career progression.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for dealing with high-level medical professionals and procurement teams.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of glove types, materials, and safety standards to act as a "trusted advisor" for end-users.
- Mobility: High willingness to travel, often up to 85% of the time, to cover the assigned region.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
