We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC / VMC Setter to join our manufacturing team in Anand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting correct tooling, loading programs, and ensuring high-quality production components.Machine Setup: Independently set up CNC/VMC machines according to technical drawings and production layouts.
- Tooling & Fixtures: Select, mount, and align cutting tools, attachments, and fixtures.
- Program Loading: Load CNC programs and perform initial dry runs or first-piece inspections to verify accuracy.
- Offset Corrections: Make necessary tool wear and work coordinate offset adjustments during production.
- Quality Control: Check finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform basic daily machine maintenance and maintain a clean workstation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience specifically as a CNC/VMC Setter.
