Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in generator machines, servicing, troubleshooting, and diesel generator systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of DG sets and related mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of diesel generator (DG) sets
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in generator machines
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Inspect engines, alternators, cooling systems, and fuel systems
- Ensure proper functioning of diesel generators as per safety standards
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records
- Coordinate with clients for on-site service support
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in generator machines and diesel generator servicing
- Strong knowledge of DG sets, engine components, and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle site work and field service assignments
