We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Client Relations Manager** to lead our client servicing team and drive business growth through effective lead conversion, project coordination, and post-sales relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategising, mentoring, and monitoring a team of Client Relations Executives, ensuring seamless communication between clients, design, and estimation departments, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Strategy & Leadership
* Develop strategies and workflows to ensure lead generation and conversion.
* Monitor and mentor a team of Client Relations Executives.
* Set targets and ensure team performance through regular reviews and feedback.
Lead Management & Conversion
* Oversee the lead funnel from generation to appointment scheduling.
* Ensure all leads are efficiently handled and routed for detailed discussions at the office.
* Personally handle key clients and high-value projects.
Coordination with Design & Estimation
* Work closely with the design department to ensure timely progress on client briefs.
* Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
* Mediate and negotiate between clients and the estimation team to ensure alignment on expectations and budget.
Deal Closure
* Take ownership of follow-ups leading to closure of deals.
* Address client queries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and tact.
* Ensure documentation and approvals are complete before project commencement.
Post-Closure Client Engagement
* Act as the single point of contact for the client from closure to commissioning.
* Conduct regular check-ins with the client throughout the execution phase.
* Follow up on payment schedules and ensure timely collections.
Project Wrap-up
* Ensure completion of the Work Completion Report.
* Collect client testimonials and feedback for future references and marketing purposes.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in client servicing preferably in interior design or allied industries.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage client expectations across multiple projects.
* Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and business communication platforms.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
