About the Role
We're looking for a passionate photographer and educator who is eager to inspire the next generation of creative professionals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a love for teaching, brings valuable industry experience into the classroom, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging photography lectures and practical sessions.
Develop and enhance industry-aligned curriculum.
Mentor students in portfolio building and career development.
Organize workshops, masterclasses, exhibitions, and industry events.
Contribute to academic planning, admissions, and departmental initiatives.
Oversee the effective use and maintenance of photography studios and equipment.
Support and mentor junior faculty members.
Build partnerships with photographers, studios, and creative organizations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 1 year of professional or teaching experience in photography.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across photography genres.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Capture One, and professional studio equipment.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching, creativity, and student development.
Ability to collaborate with industry professionals and contribute to academic innovation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
