We're looking for a passionate, design-savvy Creative Art Director to join our in-house creative leadership team to lead and work with our designers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading and developing strong brand and visual identity creative, product launches, lifestyle and promotional campaigns, email and blog design initiatives across multiple channels. Most importantly, this candidate has experience developing a team of designers that want to create great work.
We’re looking for a strategically minded Art Director with brand creative experience to lead our Creative Marketing team at Crossbeats. Must be a creative problem solver at heart, storyteller and be able to lead multiple projects, presentations and meeting deadlines with time spare. The Art Director will lead projects and teams, collaborate and report into the upper management
The Art Director will guide and encourage the team to produce best-in-class marketing materials across digital first social channels, digital advertising as well as collateral materials. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative pro with solid experience in branding, and ideally, e-commerce, to lead the transformation of Crossbeats. You will cooperate with our in-house design team to create concepts, implement designs, and manage projects that include photo shoots, video shoots, product images, product packaging, websites, and advertising. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand identities, e-commerce site-experiences, and Amazon product pages for Crossbeats
- Create brand marketing presentation layouts, sales materials, and other media including website images and infographics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with key objectives.
- Analyze data-driven feedback to refine and optimize creative solutions, ensuring maximum impact and effectiveness.
- Build and lead a team of designers and copywriters, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Maintain a high level of design quality and uphold the creative standards.
- Creation of digital, social media, animated media, and e-commerce assets
- Print design, inclusive of some packaging, event signage, advertising and visual merchandising layout needs.
- Development, maintenance, and execution of brand creative, with close attention to digital communications (such as e-mail communications redesign and social media guidelines)
- Ability to adapt creative content into global campaigns and activations for market and retailer use
- Ability to edit still and video content as needed, attend and produce photoshoots where required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a branding-focused role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Digital, social media, animated media, and e-commerce experience required
- Strong well-rounded creative abilities from graphic design to social media content creation
- Experience working with e-commerce brands
- Exceptional design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
- Comfortable working with data-driven feedback and adapting creative solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in managing design and creative teams, with a hands-on approach to editing and improving designs using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions between urgent and important tasks, while juggling multiple people, stakeholders, and brands in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts, Media Arts, Interaction Design or equivalent education and experience.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Visual Storyteller / Art Director in advertising / design studio or in-house creative agency
- Exceptional aesthetic sense, intuitive understanding of design principles and best practice of emerging trends in media and marketing
- Demonstrable experience in working with and synthesizing technical language frameworks into highly creative visuals
- Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
