Job Title: Store Manager
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory control. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team, handle sales targets, and ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations on a daily basis
- Supervise and guide store staff to ensure efficient performance
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quality service
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving targets
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and record keeping
- Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and store presentation
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and stock status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail or store management
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/inventory software preferred)
- Strong customer handling ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
