Position: Lead Generation Specialist – Real Estate
Location: Hubballi, Karnataka
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality lead generation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Advertising, website management, landing page optimization, and digital marketing campaigns focused on lead acquisition and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Create and manage YouTube advertising campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize landing pages and websites to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS, CTR, and lead quality.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies through CRM, WhatsApp, Email, and Automation tools.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize lead generation results.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Advertising.
- Strong understanding of Website Management, Landing Pages, and Conversion Optimization.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Ability to generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit:
- Portfolio of previous lead generation campaigns.
- Case studies showing CPL, lead volume, and conversion results.
- Screenshots or reports of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign performance.
- Examples of landing pages or websites managed.
- Details of industries/projects handled, preferably Real Estate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Lead Generation.
- Expertise in Marketing Automation and WhatsApp Campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and Retargeting Strategies.
- Ability to independently manage digital marketing budgets and campaigns.
