Skylink Immigration is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through visa application processes and provide accurate information about study, tourist, and immigration visa options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, and immigration programs.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
- Provide detailed information about documentation and visa procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
- Maintain records of client interactions and application progress.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Experience in visa counselling, immigration consultancy, or overseas education preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of international visa processes.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet targets.
