Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Copy Supervisor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Copy Supervisor will be responsible for leading creative strategy, developing compelling copy, overseeing concept development, and collaborating on art direction. The role involves managing and mentoring a creative team while conducting research to inform content creation. This individual will ensure the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned campaigns that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Creative Strategy and the ability to develop strategic insights that influence creative work
- Strong expertise in Writing and Concept Development, with an ability to craft compelling narratives and fresh ideas
- Familiarity with Art Direction to collaborate effectively with designers and art teams
- Proficiency in conducting Research to inform and enhance creative output
- Strong leadership and team management experience to mentor junior creatives
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative or advertising role, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
