Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, institutions, distributors)
- Promote and sell FMCG products to meet assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively
- Monitor sales trends and competitor activity within the territory
- Conduct regular visits to clients for order generation, collection, and feedback
- Ensure timely deliveries and payment collections from clients
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth operations
Key Skills Required:
- Proven B2B sales experience in FMCG or similar industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of distribution, inventory, and billing processes
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales/Marketing background)
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (B2B preferred)
- Familiarity with local markets and territory management
