Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 5 years of experience to support day-to-day HR- People development in the Retail sector. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of core HR processes, preferably with experience or interest in the retail or jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRMS systems.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Handle basic grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure KPI/KRA/T&D | People management
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- 5 years of experience in an HR role. | Sales/marketing Recruitment
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRMS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
