Job Description
-
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
-
Perform Functional, Regression, System Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

Validate D365 modules such as: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service (if applicable)

Test CRM customizations including: Workflows Business Rules Plugins JavaScript Customizations Power Automate Flows
-
Validate integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using APIs, Azure Services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-
Collaborate with developers and business users to resolve issues and improve product quality.
-
Support production releases and post-deployment validations.
-
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, business processes, security roles, and workflows.
-
Experience in testing D365 CRM customizations and configurations.
-
Knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
-
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other test management tools.
-
Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
-
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
-
Experience in test automation using Selenium, Playwright, EasyRepro, or similar tools.
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integrations.
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
-
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are an advantage.

Exposure to performance and security testing.
