Roles & Responsibility –
Position Details – Mid Level Architect
* Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, design development drawings, and detailed construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with building codes and regulations.
* Conduct site inspections, review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction progress to maintain design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.
* Prepare and present design presentations, project reports, BOQs, and client documentation, while participating in client meetings and design reviews.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentor junior architects, and ensure timely delivery of architectural drawings, specifications, and project milestones.
Preferred Candidates –
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Lumion, 3ds Max, or other 3D visualization/rendering software is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of architectural planning, construction detailing, building materials, working drawings, project coordination, and local building regulations.
* Excellent design thinking, communication, problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative studio environment.
Please Note –
- Working Days – Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off )
- Working Time – 10 AM - 6.30 PM
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
