Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end execution of high-value luxury residential projects. The role involves overseeing planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery while ensuring superior quality standards and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead complete lifecycle of luxury residential projects from design coordination to final handover
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Construction Management
- Supervise on-site construction activities including civil, interior, and finishing works
- Ensure implementation of modern construction methodologies and best practices
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Ensure smooth coordination across design, procurement, and execution teams
- Manage vendor performance and contractor deliverables
Contract & Cost Management
- Oversee tendering, contract finalization, and execution
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain quality control processes across all stages of construction
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and site staff
- Drive performance, accountability, and timely delivery
- Build a high-performing execution team

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

- Strong exposure to interiors, basements, and high-end finishing
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large teams
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
