Role Overview
Maven Silicon is in a phase of active change—teams, processes, and priorities are evolving. We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who is comfortable operating in this environment and helping bring clarity through execution.
This is an individual contributor role working closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Heads, with high exposure to senior leadership. It’s well-suited for someone with solid execution experience and strong ambition to grow quickly by being close to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Own performance marketing execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Drive lead generation at scale, with clear accountability for CPL, lead quality, and funnel performance.
Manage and validate tracking and measurement (GA4, pixels, events, attribution).
Build clear, decision-ready reports and share insights with marketing and business leadership.
Continuously test and optimise creatives, audiences, budgets, and landing journeys.
(Good to have) Support video-led campaigns and programmatic initiatives where relevant.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong background in lead-generation businesses (education preferred; insurance, fintech, real estate, etc. also relevant).
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
Clear understanding of attribution, tracking setups, and conversion measurement.
(Good to have) Experience with video ads and/or DV360.
