Tele Caller Executive (Ayurvedic Products)

We are looking for an experienced Tele Caller Executive with a background in the Ayurvedic industry. If you have previously worked with an Ayurvedic company and have experience selling Ayurvedic products over calls, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and explain Ayurvedic products confidently.
- Understand customers' health concerns and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Ayurvedic company is mandatory.
- Experience in telecalling or telesales for Ayurvedic products.
- Good knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, wellness products, and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Strong sales and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
