We’re building a employee-owned US‑based startup and opening offices in Philadelphia, Chennai and New Delhi, backed by an extremely motivated and experienced group of people. We’re currently hiring developers of all kinds — frontend, backend, full‑stack, ML/AI, mobile, DevOps, Web to support our CTO.
What we need now is a Humar Resource Manager who can review resumes, set-up technical interviews, and help us move forward. We’re offering equity, you’ll be a partner from day one, not just an employee.
They pay will be re-evaluated for everyone upon reaching seed funding, and we want to be upfront about that. Finding the right HR Officer is tough, and we’re looking for someone who understands early‑stage building. Our team is already strong on operations — what we need now is a true technical backbone, so they should have experience in Technology Hiring. The goal is to build momentum together, establish our MVP, and transition into a funded, full‑time structure once we close our first round.

Minimum Requirements-
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration in HR, or a related field from an Accredited College.
2. 4-10 years of hands-on experience as a HR Manager (or strong equivalent).
3. Experience in candidate assessment, managing multiple searches and competing demands through strong project management and prioritization skills.
4. Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks.
5. Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.
