Sankofa NextGen, a Calicut-based education consultancy, is looking for a motivated Telecaller (minimum 1 year experience) to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, helping them understand our programs and guiding them toward enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and inquire about their educational needs
- Explain course offerings clearly and address queries in both Malayalam and English
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status regularly
- Coordinate with the counseling team for smooth handovers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convince and close calls
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working with call targets and follow-ups
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred
