About the Project
M/s Bansal Infratech Synergies India Limited has been awarded the prestigious
Nitrogen Plant Civil Works at the BPCL Bina Refinery by M/s LINDE Engineering. The
project encompasses heavy foundation civil infrastructure and extensive land
development activities under the stringent quality and safety oversight of EIL and
Linde. We are expanding our core site leadership team and seeking highly
motivated, dynamic, and experienced professionals to drive this project to
successful completion.
General Qualifications & Core Competencies Required
Industry Experience: Proven track record in Refinery, Oil & Gas,
Petrochemical, or heavy industrial infrastructure projects with reputed
construction organizations.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive, domain-specific functional knowledge
relevant to the applied position.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to resolve site-related bottlenecks
on the spot by coordinating directly with the Client/Consultant, proposing
amicable engineering solutions, and managing situational challenges
effectively.
Communication: Clear, concise communication and strong presentation
skills to interface with EIL and Linde management teams.
Safety Manager (HSE) – Implementing absolute zero-harm protocols in line
with EIL/Linde refinery standards. Science graduation / Engineering
graduation / Engineering diploma + Diploma in Industrial Safety(ADIS) + 7 or
more years of experience in respective field (Age criteria: More than 27
Years old)

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
