We are looking for an experienced Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Pilger Department with hands-on experience in the Tube Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing Pilger process operations, production planning, manpower allocation, material coordination, process monitoring, failure analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Pilger, CEW, DB operations, tube manufacturing processes, manpower handling, SAP/Excel, Kaizen, and IATF documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily Pilger production activities.
- Ensure production is achieved as per the planned schedule and quality requirements.
- Handle manpower planning and allocation based on production requirements.
- Monitor Production Plan vs. Actual and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for material planning and availability.
- Monitor process and machine performance and identify production-related issues.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and other departments to resolve process issues.
- Maintain production-related records and data using SAP and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper implementation of 1S / 2S and workplace organization.
- Follow and promote safety practices within the department.
- Identify and implement Kaizen and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support IATF audit preparation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and production requirements.
- Handle day-to-day production and manpower-related challenges effectively.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
