Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the FMCG or Food Processing industry and possess excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
- Monitor product costing, profitability, and cost control initiatives.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Required Qualifications
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
- 7–10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG or Food Processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
