Attend regularly scheduled office and departmental meetings.
Ensure timely and safe transportation of staff, materials, equipment, and inventory to and from office, warehouse, and event venues as instructed by the management.
Assist in receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records of all materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
Maintain proper stock records and assist in periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Organize and maintain the store area in a clean, safe, and systematic manner.
Safely drive company vehicles and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.
Use standard maps or GPS to identify safe and efficient routes to ensure timelines are met.
Report any accident, injury, vehicle damage, or inventory discrepancy immediately to the Supervisor or Manager.
Perform routine office work, bank work, and collection/delivery of documents, parcels, materials, and equipment as required.
Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and movement of inventory before, during, and after events as per company guidelines.
Assist Lighting, Audio, Video, Staging, Maintenance, and Logistics departments as required.
Responsible for procuring snacks, meals, and other essentials for staff during events as instructed by HODs.
Maintain regular attendance and be punctual for work, sites, and meetings.
Wear full uniform and carry company-provided tools and safety equipment at all times on site.
Follow all company instructions, rules, regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
STORE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials and equipment.
Prepare and submit stock reports and other documentation as required.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments regarding movement of materials.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Perform preventive and routine maintenance of company vehicles only through authorized workshops.
Check engine oil, coolant, tyres, lights, brakes, and other vehicle systems regularly.
Ensure that vehicles are always clean, roadworthy, and in good working condition.
Refuel vehicles as required and carry out minor repairs with prior approval from the Manager.
Coordinate annual vehicle inspections and ensure timely renewal of vehicle licenses, permits, PUC certificates, and insurance policies.
Maintain monthly mileage logs and vehicle usage records.
Keep all records, invoices, and receipts related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel, and renewals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
