Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Client management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Customer support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently, providing information about products or services.
- Problem-solving: Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and promote loyalty, such as customer retention programs.
- Internal coordination: Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are meet and to resolve systemic issues.
- Reporting and analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and provide reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Relationship building: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster a positive rapport.
