**Key Responsibilities:** Handle inbound & outbound customer calls Explain products/services to customers Follow up with interested customers Maintain call records and updates Achieve daily and monthly targets Ensure professional communication
**Skills Required:** Good verbal communication skills Strong listening and convincing ability Basic computer knowledge Target-oriented approach Customer handling skills ⭐ Immediate joiners preferred.
