About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, campaign optimization, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on generating measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure effective allocation of ad spend.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Good understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and digital marketing metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
