Job Summary
Zytel Tech Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Technician to join our Service & Technical Support team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of medical, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and healthcare equipment at customer locations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. This role requires regular travel to hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, dealers, and customer sites across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and demonstrate medical and rehabilitation equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within the committed turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to provide technical support during product demonstrations and installations.
- Train customers on the proper operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
- Follow company safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards during all service activities.
- Report recurring technical issues and customer feedback to the technical support team.
- Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Travel extensively to customer locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or any other relevant technical discipline from a recognized institute or university.
- 0–3 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or field service (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.Required Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
