We are an IT outsourcing company looking for an IT Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Specialist) who can generate qualified leads and bring new IT projects through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, proactive, and experienced in selling IT services to international clients.
- Generate new business opportunities for IT services via LinkedIn, cold calls, and cold emails
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify decision-makers
- Connect with prospects and initiate meaningful conversations
- Pitch company services and schedule discovery calls or demos
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads into active projects
- Coordinate with technical or pre-sales teams to support deal closure
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and revenue targets
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or lead generation
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Proven experience in cold emailing and cold calling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, or custom software
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Proven track record of generating or closing IT projects
