About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to manage and convert incoming leads for our logistics services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling inbound enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART or Justdial and a strong ability to convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, website enquiries, and other digital channels
- Understand customer requirements related to transportation (FTL/PTL, local or intercity movement, etc.)
- Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and logistics solutions based on client needs
- Coordinate with operations team for truck availability and service feasibility
- Follow up with leads consistently to ensure higher conversion rates
- Maintain CRM records of enquiries, follow-ups, and closures
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of revenue and conversions
- Address customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in inbound sales / lead conversion
- Hands-on experience with platforms like IndiaMART / Justdial etc.,
- Basic understanding of logistics operations (truck types, routes, pricing, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good follow-up and closure skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain industry
- Prior experience handling B2B customers
- Ability to understand customer urgency and provide quick solutions
- Strong coordination skills with internal teams
