Role Overview
We are looking for Performance Marketing Executives who can manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta & Google to drive conversions, leads, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute paid campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for:
- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Create and test different ad creatives & copies
- Handle audience targeting (interest, lookalike, retargeting)
- Track performance using Pixel & analytics tools
- Work closely with design & content team for creatives
- Daily reporting & campaign analysis
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing
- Understanding of:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Pixel tracking
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong communication skills
Preferred (Bonus)
- Internship or hands-on experience in ads
- Knowledge of Shopify / D2C brands
- Understanding of funnels & conversion optimization
