TELE CALLER SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
NextGen Business Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and promote the company's products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving assigned performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
Generate, qualify, and maintain sales leads.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
