About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various non-IT domains including Sales, Healthcare, Marketing, HR, Finance, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and BPO / KPO sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and quality metrics.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience in Non-IT hiring across multiple industries.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Foundit, ATS etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Healthcare and BPO hiring experience more advantage
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months to 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy is preferred.
