About the Position
We are seeking a Junior Android Developer with strong Kotlin skills and experience integrating mobile applications with Odoo ERP.
You will work closely with our Odoo developers, backend engineers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to build and maintain Android applications used by thousands of users across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
- Integrate Android applications with Odoo ERP through REST APIs.
- Implement new mobile features based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to ensure seamless backend integration.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work closely with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Contribute to UI improvements and user experience enhancements.
- Stay current with Android development trends and modern technologies.

Requirements: Must Have
- 1–3 years of professional Android development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
- Experience building Android applications using Android Studio.
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Experience integrating Android applications with Odoo ERP.
- Understanding of Odoo data models and API communication.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Understanding of MVVM architecture.
- Familiarity with Jetpack components.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Experience with Odoo v17 or v18.
- Experience working with AI-powered mobile features.
- Knowledge of Firebase.
- Experience with offline synchronization.
- Familiarity with Material Design.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience publishing applications to Google Play.
