About the Company
We are a leading furniture and interior design company specializing in residential, commercial, and office interior solutions. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, meet prospective clients, and drive sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers, architects, builders, contractors, and businesses to generate leads.
- Meet clients at their homes, offices, or project sites to understand their furniture and interior requirements.
- Conduct site visits and explain the company's products and interior solutions.
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the design team to arrange consultations and prepare project proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and customer records.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and industry events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, real estate, home décor, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler (preferred).

Pay: ₹12,545.93 - ₹90,388.00 per month
