Role Summary
The CSR Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating CSR projects in alignment with the organization’s CSR strategy and applicable regulations. The role will involve managing NGO partners, budgets, stakeholders, field teams, reporting, and impact measurement to ensure effective and measurable social outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, livelihoods, rural development, environment, women empowerment, and community development.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, milestones, and implementation strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage NGO/implementation partners.
- Conduct field visits and monitor project progress, quality, and compliance.
- Track project budgets, expenditure, deliverables, and utilization of CSR funds.
- Establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks to measure project outcomes and impact.
- Prepare regular management reports, project updates, MIS, and impact reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, NGOs, government bodies, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable CSR policies, company requirements, and regulatory provisions.
- Support CSR due diligence, documentation, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, community consultations, workshops, and review meetings.
- Identify project risks and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Document success stories, case studies, photographs, and impact evidence.
- Support CSR strategy development, annual planning, and budgeting.
- Contribute to impact assessments and continuous improvement of CSR programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management, Public Policy, Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO/program management, social development, or corporate sustainability.
- Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing NGO/implementation partners and field projects.
- Good understanding of CSR practices and the Indian social-development ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation
Travel: Regular travel to project and partner locations may be required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
