Paid Media Specialist (Lead Generation + E-commerce)
Taiiki Media is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for service-based businesses
- Manage and scale Ecommerce campaigns for Shopify brands
- Generate and maintain minimum 2x–3x ROI/ROAS for Ecommerce clients
- Run and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns
- Handle campaign strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS & CPL
- Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives and content direction
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience with Shopify Ecommerce brands
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
- Ability to manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Performance-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience handling multiple brands/clients
- Knowledge of landing pages and conversion optimization
- Understanding of creative strategy for ads

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
