We are looking for passionate and energetic Junior Civil Site Engineers who are eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
- Monitor quality of work and construction standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and material suppliers.
- Track daily work progress and prepare daily site reports.
- Measure completed work and verify quantities.
- Check material deliveries and maintain stock records.
- Ensure proper curing, shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete quality.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Ensure site cleanliness and safety practices.
- Resolve basic site issues with guidance from senior engineers.
- Attend client site visits whenever required.
- Take site photographs and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, plumbers, electricians, and other agencies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of construction materials.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.

- Time management skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
