Ticketing Executive – Tours & Travel Industry
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturday – Half Day
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Executive for our Tours & Travel team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and train reservations through multiple travel portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings efficiently.
- Manage train ticket bookings through IRCTC and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate hotel reservations for domestic and international destinations.
- Work on multiple booking portals such as IRCTC, TBO, MakeMyTrip, Tripjack, and similar travel platforms.
- Assist customers with travel queries, modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Ensure timely confirmations and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for smooth booking operations.
- Maintain booking records and provide necessary travel support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ticketing within the Tours & Travel industry.
- Hands-on experience using IRCTC, TBO, MakeMyTrip, Tripjack, and other booking portals.
- Good understanding of domestic and international travel processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in travel agencies/tour operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
