About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong Sales & Service Engineer with experience in life sciences/medical research/laboratory instrumentation. The role involves technical sales, product demonstrations, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales and business development for life science instrumentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for research and academic customers.
- Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and user training.
- Manage sales/service pipelines, CRM updates and MIS reporting.
- Travel regularly to customer sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biomedical Instrumentation, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related field.
- Experience in technical sales and field service within life sciences, medical research or laboratory instrumentation.
- Knowledge of scientific instrumentation, data acquisition systems and signal analysis is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
