- Handle recruitment and hiring activities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Canva, Indeed, MS Office & AI tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
