Senior Architect (5+ Years)We're looking for architects who have:
- Strong design aptitude and creative thinking
- Excellent architectural planning and detailing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape and Photoshop
- Ability to prepare presentation drawings, working drawings and GFC drawings
- Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques and applicable building regulations
- Experience in site coordination, consultant coordination and project execution
- Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude, ownership of work and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Passion for quality design and attention to detail
Senior Architect – Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Experience leading projects from concept to completion
- Client handling and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
