Hiring: Alliance Food Engineering Consultant Pvt Ltd .
* Identify and understand technical requirements for machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
* Source suppliers and obtain quotations (RFQs) for machines and industrial equipment.
* Evaluate technical specifications and prepare techno-commercial comparisons.
* Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranty conditions with vendors.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to finalize machine specifications.
* Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures.
* Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of machines and equipment.
* Coordinate installation, commissioning, and vendor support after delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers.
* Maintain purchase records, technical documents, and vendor databases.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Qualification
* B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Experience
* 1-2years of experience in machine procurement, technical purchasing, or industrial procurement.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
* Vendor sourcing and supplier management.
* Technical evaluation and techno-commercial comparison.
* Negotiation and cost optimization.
* ERP and MS Excel proficiency.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹9,170.02 - ₹39,238.03 per month
