Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to manage and streamline operational processes. The role involves handling SOP, CKYC, and Customer Surveys while ensuring compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage operational SOPs for Insurance processes
- Handle CKYC documentation, verification, and compliance requirements
- Conduct and manage Customer Surveys to gather insights and improve service quality
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of operational tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution
- Maintain proper records and documentation as per regulatory standards
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations (preferably in Fintech / NBFC)
- Strong understanding of CKYC and insurance processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in regulatory compliance and grievance handling
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
