Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the ability to improve campaign performance, maximize ROI, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and optimize bids to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to create high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with keyword research and campaign optimization tools.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
