Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead the sales team and drive the branch toward monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Manage lead generation, follow-ups, cold calling, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and guidance for improvement.
- Maintain high levels of team productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports and future projections.
- Provide guidance to immigration clients regarding immigration services.
- Ensure smooth post-sale coordination with the concerned teams after client sign-up.
- Work closely with the Zonal Manager and support additional branch or marketing activities when required.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
