Job Title: Business Development Executive (Cosmetic Manufacturing)Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base in the cosmetic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in B2B sales, contract manufacturing, private labeling, or cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cosmetic brands, distributors, retailers, exporters, and institutional clients.
- Promote the company's manufacturing capabilities, including OEM/ODM and private label services.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote the company's products and services.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, market feedback, and business development strategies for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetic, personal care, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or contract manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing, OEM/ODM, and private label business models.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
