About the Role
VAAYU is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM & Online Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and drive online conversions. This is a hands-on role combining customer engagement, sales follow-ups, and order coordination across WhatsApp and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Query Management: Respond to all customer queries on WhatsApp & Instagram promptly and professionally
Abandoned Cart Recovery: Follow up with customers to recover abandoned carts and improve conversion rates
Online Sales Conversion: Engage with customers, recommend products, and close sales through personalized interaction
COD Order Confirmation: Call and confirm COD orders before dispatch to reduce RTO
Payment Tracking: Track and update all payments received via website and WhatsApp
Returns & Alterations: Coordinate return pickups and manage alteration requests efficiently
RTS (Ready to Ship) Updates: Ensure all prepared orders are marked Ready to Ship in the system
Reporting: Share weekly reports on sales, conversions, returns, and customer interactions
Requirements
1–4 years experience in CRM, online sales, or customer handling
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
Experience with WhatsApp/Instagram customer handling
Organized, responsive, and sales-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
