Prop CID Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging Real Estate Technology Company operating a property listing platform that connects buyers, sellers, builders, brokers, and channel partners across India. We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and support organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.
- Source candidates through social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary with selected candidates.
Employee Onboarding & Exit
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Complete joining documentation and maintain employee records.
- Handle probation confirmation process.
- Manage resignation, exit interviews, Full & Final documentation, and relieving letters.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Update HRMS and employee records regularly.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and team events.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, promotion letters, and experience certificates.
- Assist in statutory compliance documentation such as PF, ESIC, and Labour Law requirements.
Administration Support
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance and office discipline.
- Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other hiring portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate
- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HR Executive experience.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Digital Marketing, Telecalling, Graphic Design, IT, Customer Support, and Real Estate roles will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude with excellent coordination skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
